Jono Neiger is a founding principle of Regenerative Design Group, with over 28 years of professional experience in permaculture, ecological land design, site planning, community development, agroforestry, land management, conservation, and restoration. Jono teaches widely around the northeast and southeast at colleges, workshops, and conferences on the topics of permaculture, ecological design, and sustainable water use, holds a faculty position at the Conway School of Landscape Planning and Design, and is the founding Board President of the Permaculture Association of the Northeast (PAN). Before starting RDG, Jono worked as a land manager for Lost Valley Educational Center, a Conservation Officer for the Town of Palmer, MA and a Restoration Specialist with the Nature Conservancy in California. He holds a Masters from Conway School of Sustainable Landscape Planning and Design, and a BS in Forest Biology from S.U.N.Y. College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He is the author of The Permaculture Promise.
